According to news reports that the United States intends to restore many of the military installations in the province of Okinawa, Japan, before it completes the transfer of U.S. Marines from this region.
The Japanese Broadcasting Corporation news reported on Sunday that the U.S. and Japanese officials agreed that the senior re-Nations 13 States facility south of Kadena Air Base in three phases.
