Secretary-General warned the United Nations: Mali has become a safe haven for terrorism

Warned of the Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon on Wednesday that the country began to turn into a financial safe haven for groups "terrorist and criminal" sought with the countries of West Africa to the UN Security Council to support the deployment of forces to achieve stability in this country.

The Security Council also called on Member States of the United Nations to submit the names of individuals, groups or entities associated with al Qaeda-linked disorders and Mali to al-Qaeda sanctions committee emanating from the Council for inclusion on the blacklist of the United Nations.

He urged that "the Security Council to consider serious consideration to impose targeted sanctions on travel and money the right of individuals or groups in Mali involved in terrorist activities, religious extremist or criminal."

Hosseini told the safety of Solomon ECOWAS Commissioner for Political Affairs, Peace and Security ECOWAS need to request an official of Mali for the deployment of a stabilization force, which expects to happen soon.
